ما يرسله المريض عبر واتساب أو القنوات الأخرى: الرسائل، والاسم ورقم التواصل، ومعلومات الموعد، والمستندات والصور التي يختار إرسالها (مثل الهوية أو التقارير أو الأشعة).
لتنسيق المواعيد وتذكير المريض بها، ولحفظ ملفه لدى الطبيب المعالج. لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نستعملها للإعلان.
في سجلات العيادة لدى الطبيب: نظام Zoho CRM، ومجلد المريض في حساب Google Drive الخاص بالطبيب. تستعمل عزة حساب Google Drive الخاص بالطبيب فقط، لحفظ ملفات مرضاه وتنظيمها، ولا تصل إلى حساب أي شخص آخر.
تمرّ الرسائل عبر Meta (واتساب)، وتُعالج بخدمات ذكاء اصطناعي (Anthropic، وOpenAI لتحويل الرسائل الصوتية إلى نص) لغرض الرد فقط.

Ezza is a digital assistant operated for Dr. Ammar Alyousef to coordinate appointments and communication with his patients.
What patients send over WhatsApp or other channels: messages, name and contact number, appointment details, and documents or images they choose to send (such as ID, reports or X-rays).
To coordinate and remind appointments and to keep the patient's file with the treating doctor. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
In the doctor's clinic records: Zoho CRM and the patient's folder in the doctor's own Google Drive. Ezza accesses only the doctor's own Google Drive account, solely to store and organise his patients' files.
Messages pass through Meta (WhatsApp) and are processed by AI services (Anthropic; OpenAI for voice-note transcription) only to produce replies.
